The company has grown with the Central Coast, seeing the creation of new suburbs in the Warnervale and Maitland areas and being directly involved in the delivery of hundreds of new land development projects in the Central Coast and Hunter regions.

Kim has worked in the surveying industry for over 30 years. Working on projects throughout NSW he has amassed a wealth of knowledge relating to property development, civil engineering design, project management, town planning, survey drafting and business development. Kim and his wife Sharon ran a successful conveyancing business in Berkeley Vale for 7 years further expanding his knowledge base of contracts for sale and legal requirements for property sales and purchases.
Utilising his MBT from UNSW, Kim is passionate about providing a professional, cost-effective service to all of his clients. Understanding the level of trust that is placed in the survey profession by his clients, he provides a transparent delivery throughout the development process.

Peter has been a Registered Land Surveyor since 1975 and a partner of Bannister & Hunter since 1994. Peter provides services in planning, project management, contract supervision and surveying based on his many years of experience in the land subdivision and development industry.

Rachel gained her registration as a Land Surveyor in both NSW and ACT jurisdictions in 2002 before joining Bannister & Hunter in 2014. Rachel has experience in a wide variety of survey areas including urban and rural subdivisions, Strata and Community Title Subdivisions, engineering and industrial surveys. Rachel has a passion for planning and project management which has led her to complete a Graduate Diploma in Urban and Regional Planning through the University of New England at the end of 2020.

Reece has worked in the surveying industry for 10 years on projects throughout NSW from dams to large scale residential subdivisions. Combining his years of field survey experience with his environmental qualification, Reece has a broad knowledge of all things land development, construction and planning which, together, ensures the best outcome for his clients.

Kevin’s primary accountability at Bannister & Hunter is the delivery of land development projects to achieve the customer’s safety, technical and commercial objectives. His industry experience spans over 40 years and includes work on many large-scale infrastructure and commercial projects for both government and private organisations.
